data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Da unser K\u00f6rper der sichtbare Ausgangspunkt auf dem Yogaweg ist, beginnen wir \u00fcber unseren K\u00f6rper auf alle Ebenen unseres Seins einzuwirken. Wir versuchen K\u00f6rperhaltungen (asanas) einzunehmen, diese zu halten und von innen her zu verbessern. In der Endstellung entspannen wir uns. Wie in der Literatur beschrieben, wird die Haltung zunehmend fest und angenehm.<\/p>\n<p>Dabei lernen wir unseren K\u00f6rper kennen und bauen eine liebevolle Beziehung zu ihm auf. Gleichzeitig werden wir uns seiner Probleme, seiner Verspannungen und Verkrampfungen, der Tr\u00e4gheit seiner inneren Organe usw. bewusst; und langsam beginnen wir, uns selbst &#8211; bewusster zu verhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Immer wieder geht es darum unseren K\u00f6rper aufzurichten und zu \u00f6ffnen. Richtig zu liegen, zu stehen, zu gehen und zu sitzen. Je nach Gef\u00fchlszustand und k\u00f6rperlicher Bet\u00e4tigung atmen wir tiefer, flacher, schneller, langsamer, lautlos oder heftig. Obwohl die Atmung meist unbewusst verl\u00e4uft, wir also prinzipiell be-atmet werden, hat der Mensch die M\u00f6glichkeit bewusst seine Atmung zu beeinflussen. Durch Achtsamkeit und bewusstes Wahrnehmen des Atmen k\u00f6nnen wir den Atemfluss lenken, erweitern, verlangsamen, anhalten, vertiefen. Das heisst, es ist uns m\u00f6glich \u00fcber die Bewusstwerdung des Atem auf unsere Gef\u00fchlswelt zu wirken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f7e3d9 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1f7e3d9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48032be e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"48032be\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b7fd25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b7fd25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Diese Zusammenh\u00e4nge sind mindestens seit Patanjali dem Autor der Yogasutras ca 2.Jh. v. Chr. bekannt. Er begr\u00fcndet damit die Philosophie des Rajayoga. Patanjali definiert Yoga als eine methodische Praxis auf dem Weg aus der Unbewusstheit in das Selbstbewusstsein; auf dem Weg aus Sklaventum in die Freiheit; auf dem Weg aus Isoliertheit in die Einheit. Prana, wie die Lebenskraft im Sanskrit genannt wird, die w\u00e4hrend unseres ganzen Lebens in unseren K\u00f6rper einfliesst, ist weit mehr als Luft, beziehungsweise Sauerstoff. Durch die Atmung werden wir Teil des Raumes, des Raumes zwischen uns und den Dingen. Die Achse kann niemals verbunden sein mit dem Rad. Aber sie ist der wichtige Mittelpunkt des Rades und macht seine Bewegung erst m\u00f6glich. Alles was wir Welt nennen, ist das Rad. Die Welt gibt es nur, weil es die reglose Mitte gibt.<\/p><p>Immer wieder wird uns in den verschiedenen Yogatexten beschrieben, dass Meditation die zentrale \u00dcbung sei, die zur Einsicht, zum Erkennen, zu Inspiration und Friede f\u00fchre. Und was \u00fcber diese drei Stadien hinausgeht, auch das ist wahrlich der Laut \u2013 OM. <\/p>\n<p style=\"tex-align:left;\">Der identische Atman oder das Selbst im Reich der Laute ist die Silbe \u2013 OM. Dabei sind die Glieder des Selbst ( Wachzustand \/ Traumzustand \/ Tiefschlaf \/ das Selbst) identisch mit den Bestandteilen der Silbe, und die Bestandteile der Silbe sind identisch mit den vier Gliedern des Selbst. Die Bestandteile der Silbe sind A \u2013 U \u2013 M. \n <\/p>\n<p style=\"tex-align:left; margin-bottom: -10px;\">Der Vierte ist lautlos, unaussprechlich, ein Verstummen all der differenzierten Manifestationen, voller Wonne und Frieden, nicht dualistisch. So ist AUM wahrhaftig der Atman.
